IEEE Power Electronics Magazine awarded our publication as "Top Article of 2023"

The transaction paper "Monolithic Bidirectional Power Transistors – Opening New Horizons in Power Electronics", published by Dr. Jonas Huber and Prof. em. Dr. Johann W. Kolar in the IEEE Power Electronics Magazine in March 2024, was awarded as "Top Article of 2023".
